Indigent Status Reduced Fee on Co-Parenting 101 Class

Have you been deemed indigent by the court?

Life Works Parenting Tools provides a reduced fee to those deemed indigent by the court for Co-Parenting 101, our online Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course. To request a fee discount, please read the following and fill out the request form.

Upload a copy of your court document(s) showing your approved indigent status paperwork. Without this information, your request will be denied.

You may also text us a photo of this form to 800-775-0405 (make sure to text us the word “start” first to provide consent for texting)

Upon receipt of this form, within 2 business days, you will receive instructions on next steps for the discounted course.

A fee discount account grants you 30 days access to the parenting course. If you do not complete the course within this 30 day period, you will be required to pay a $20 fee for a 10 day course extension.
